A question credit allows you to analyse one response of up to 100 words. Longer responses require additional credits, rounded up to the nearest 100 words.
We support CSV, Excel, and JSON formats. You can upload survey responses, reviews, social comments and other text-based data. Each respondent should appear in a separate row, with all responses to an individual question or topic in one column. If you have data in another format, e.g. interview transcripts in a Word document, please contact us and we can support you outside our web app.
Absolutely. You can start with ‘pay as you go’ and upgrade to an annual subscription anytime. If you use up all your subscription credits, you can also upgrade your credit allowance.
